What the guarantee covers — the full terms
Covered: our workmanship on any job we complete, for 12 months from the day we finish. If a mount we installed works loose, a patch we made cracks, or a fixture we hung fails because of how we installed it, we come back and correct it at no charge for labor.
Not covered: the product itself (mounts, hardware and furniture carry their manufacturer's own warranty), damage from later impact, moving, storms or someone else's work, normal wear, and pre-existing conditions in the wall or structure that we flagged before starting.

How much does TV mounting cost in Honolulu?
It depends on TV size, wall type, and whether cables go inside the wall — but you'll get one flat, written price before we start, and it won't change unless the job does. Call, text, or use the 60-second quote form and you'll have a number within the hour during business hours.
Can you mount a TV on concrete walls?
Yes — concrete is our home turf. Most Oahu condos and townhomes are poured concrete, so we carry masonry bits and anchors rated well beyond your TV's weight.
Can you hide the cables inside the wall?
Usually, yes. We check for studs, fire blocks, and outlets first. Where in-wall isn't possible (like solid concrete), we use a slim paintable raceway so nothing dangles.
Do I need to buy the mount, or do you bring one?
Either. If you have one, we'll use it. If not, tell us your TV size and wall and we'll bring the right mount and include it in your flat quote.
How fast can you come? Do you do same-day?
Often, yes — especially if you reach out in the morning. Otherwise it's usually next-day. Mon–Sat, 8am–7pm, all of Oahu.
Are you a licensed contractor? What kind of jobs can you take?
We are not a licensed contractor, and we won't pretend otherwise — plenty of sites do. Happy Max Handyman Service LLC works within Hawaii's handyman exemption (HRS §444-2): jobs where labor and materials together come to $1,500 or less, that don't require a building permit, and that aren't electrical or plumbing work. That covers TV mounting, furniture assembly, drywall patching, doors and locks, shelves and mirrors, and the small-repair list. If your job is bigger than that or needs a licensed trade, we'll say so up front and point you to someone who holds the right license.
Do you carry insurance? What if something gets damaged?
Yes — we carry general liability insurance. If we damage something while working in your home, making it right is on us, not on you. Our workmanship is also backed by a 12-month guarantee.
Who actually shows up at my house?
Max — the owner, the person you talked to, the name on the company. Not a rotating crew of strangers.
Will there be a mess afterward?
No. Drop cloths before we drill, vacuum after, and all packaging and old hardware leave with us.
What if the price changes once you see the job?
It doesn't — that's the point of a flat quote. If we open a wall and find a genuine surprise, we stop, show you, and agree on a new price before continuing. You're never billed for work you didn't approve.
